Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Wiggles
Available for adoption
UPDATE: Wiggles has completed her heartworm treatments.
Meet Wiggles, a 9 pound, 3 year old female Terrier mix.
Wiggles was rescued from neglect by a good Samaritan. Upon intake into foster care, she tested positive for heartworms. She has completed her treatments and is ready to go to her new home.
Wiggles is a sweet girl who loves plenty of attention, belly rubs and scratching behind her ears. Her favorite place is sitting in your lap watching TV. She does well with other dogs and prefers to have some dog companions to keep her company. She rides well in the car, either laying down or looking out the window to see what passes by. Her chosen bed time is between 9-10 pm where she will go into her kennel for a good night's sleep. Wiggles is an inside only dog and doesn't care much for going outside in the rain.
She is leash trained, crate trained, house training is a work in progress, and she knows sit. Wiggles has not been around cats, so we are unsure how she will do with them.
Wiggles is looking for a home where she will be mainly an indoor dog with some supervised playtime outside or going on walks. She prefers a home with other dog companions to keep her company. She would do well in a child-free home or with older children.
Wiggles is spayed, received all age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, on flea and heartworm prevention. She has recently completed her heartworm treatments, and will require retesting in 9 month's.
Wiggle's adoption fee is only $75.
Donations from our supporters, help us keep our adoption fees low and allows us to help dogs like Wiggles who require medical attention.
