Facts about Kate

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: White (Mostly)
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Kate is such a sweet, pretty little girl. It's hard to believe someone could move away and leave her and her brothers, William and Charles, to fend for themselves with winter coming on. Luckily, a caring couple went out in the country and picked them up. She's just a petite little thing and probably won't be a very big cat. She likes to be petted and is ready for a home of her very own. If you would like to find out more about Kate or her brothers, call John at (937)308-0822,

About New Carlisle Friends of Felines, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

Our primary goals include humane education, including spay/neutering to prevent homeless pets, proper pet care, placing homeless pets and advising how to manage feral populations. We are dedicated to the better treatment of all animals, and finding great homes for the pets in our care.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have cats available for adoption at the Petsmart on Feedwire Rd., just off Wilmington Pike (Off I-675 at exit 7) from 11 - 2, on Saturdays.

Visit our website at www.petfinder.org/shelters/OH293.html or simply type New Carlisle Friends of Felines into your browser. If you are interested in a particular cat, please e-mail and we will try to have that cat available for you to meet. Our cats are fostered, and can be seen by appt. To make arrangements, e-mail us at ncfof@outlook.com

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process requires a prospective adopter fill out first (a) a form which tells us about you, your family, present pets, etc., so that we can determine the potential home environment for the particular pet. Our goal is make sure that the personality of the pet matches the new home. (b) is a contract which the adopter agrees to keep the cat indoors only, will agree to spay/neuter (if not yet age appropriate), and that if for some reason the adoption doesn 't work out, the cat is returned to us. If the adoption is a result of a Petsmart Adoptathon, there is a Petsmart form, which, when filled out will create a $$$ donation from Petsmart. Our cats are vaccinated, wormed, treated with Revolution, spayed/neutered. Kittens are spay/neutered when age appropriate. Our adoption fee is $55.
