Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Red. Red is a 2 year old Labrador mix. Red is very dog selective he does okay with some less dominant females, but can’t be with other male dogs and no cats.
He is a very loving dog that wants to please you. Red is very much a lab and needs bunches of exercise, he will need some people who likes to take the dog for a run or a hike, so he can use up all his pend up energy. He was a backyard dog until we took him in and being an indoor dog is still a work in progress. He doesn’t do crates so he would be better off with a fenced in yard or a 10x10 kennel outside.
He is heartworm positive, but has started on the slow kill. Like with our other heartworm positive dogs he is on slow kill, primarily because he is a high energy dog and we don't think it is fair to have to keep him absolutely still for 1-2 months.
We are accepting application but Red will not be able to leave until he has been neutered.
