Auto's Story...
Have you been searching for a cuddly fur baby?
If so, Auto has been searching for a human to cuddle!

This adorable, 11 month old, 30 lb shepherd mix, Auto, LOVES attention. She is mild mannered and seems to have possibly received some training already. We believe she is also house trained. She has a great temperament and would do well with children.

Auto met a young beagle recently and while she didn't mind being together, she didn't like him attempting to jump on her or too much excessive energy. We feel she would do well as an only dog or with another calm dog who does not want to do too much physical playing. She does fine with cats and doesn't pay them much attention besides the occasional sniff.

If you have any more questions about Auto, do not hesitate to ask! We welcome visitors anytime during our business hours.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Auto, a Prince George Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Prince George, or seeking a Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Prince George.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Prince George already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Prince George breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Prince George paves the way for another one to be saved.
