First off I must say !!**SENIORS RULE**!!, now that I've gotten that off my proud chest let me introduce myself. My name is Buddy!! I am a handsome tri-color senior boy at 9 years old and just looking for my forever home to give me the best in life in my retirement years. I came into this rescue world when I was placed in a shelter in western KS. My current mom and dad came and got me and noticed I wasn't feeling too well. Well off to the vet man I went and they discovered I had some rotten teeth and fixed m right up. I am a mellow fellow and just want to be a lap hound. I know no enemies and LOVE all the other hounds they have here at home and LOVE the humans too. Dad calls me his Velcro hound, which means I just want to be at his side or under his feet getting rubbed :0) I am house trained using a doggy door. Because I have a doggy door here, rescue wants me to tell you if I go to a home without one I may need a little reassurance in that department. But I am smart boy and don't think I'll have any issues!!

Adoption Information:
Please remember Every animal for adoption through an Hounds Haven is fully vetted for their age and only needs routine preventive care. Dogs older then 6 months of age are heartworm tested! All dogs are kept on heartworm preventative. Every hound is vaccinated (age appropriate), and de-wormed, in addition to being spayed/neutered.
We are asking for interested parties to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to us lining up an appointment for them to see the hound(s) at the hound(s)' home.
