My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carlton is a sweet little lhasa/poodle mix we think. He is just a pretty, pretty dog. He is approx 3 yrs old and 13 lbs. He had to be shaved down as he was so dirty and matted. He has a nice disposition and loves to sit on your lap. He gets along with the other dogs but does not really run and play with them yet. He seems to be pretty well house trained but not perfect and does well on leash. He is a little nervous if you pick him up from behind or try to grab him and may get snippy, so we feel he will do better in an all adult household.

If you live in MA, there are new requirements for rescue dogs - according to the State Law, all rescues have to be quarantined for 48 hrs at the Ben Elder Kennels in Westport, MA. There is additional cost for this quarantine and new required health cert by a licensed MA . We will go over all fees with you via email.
