Hope is a 3 year old pittie mix. She is a bundle of energy who enjoys long walks and lots of space to run around! She loves to play outside and go for swims in the summer. She has a lot of puppy left in her! When she is not outdoors, she loves curling up next to you on the couch or chewing on tasty busy bones. Hope is spayed, house broken, and is also crate trained -- she does well with the command "go to bed." Hope gets along very well with her brother Marley - a lab mix, but she does not get along with cats or smaller pets. Hope does well around our 9-month old daughter, but can be a little overpowering for children to handle. She doesn't really understand her own strength - but she really wants to play! She also loves giving kisses! If you are interested in meeting and/adopting Hope, please complete an adoption application at www.toledospetbullproject.com/adoption-info/

Our Adoption Process...

All of our dogs are in foster homes so once you decide on which dog you would like to meet and/or adopt, complete and submit an adoption application, which can be found at www.toledospetbullproject.com/adoption-info/ (please copy and paste into your browser).

The application will be reviewed; if the applicant meets our adoption criteria, the application will be passed on to the foster. The foster will then contact you and make arrangements for your family to meet the dog. A home visit is required for all of our adoptions. If you are out of our area, we will make arrangements with a rescue group in your area.

Our adoption fees are as follows:
$150 for dog/puppies under 1 year
$125 for dogs over 1 year
$75 for senior dogs (depends on breed)
For Puppies 4 months old and younger: Adopter agrees to pay a $50 training retainer in addition to the adoption fee. The $50 training retainer will be refunded to adopter after completing a dog training class and showing proof of certificate
