Important Note

Whiskey is best friends with Rusty. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Whiskey was rescued by The TNR Project from a junkyard. This little kitten will warm your heart and is nothing short of amazing. He is friendly little guy who gets sweeter and more loving with each day. Whiskey loves to sleep with you, lay on your lap, play and follow you everywhere! He is bonded with his brother Rusty and both of them are beautifully marbled in their coloring. Whiskey is a lighter orange and Rusty is a more rusty, dark orange. They were pulled out of a junkyard and their 3 siblings didn't make it. They were sick little ones when we got the call and these two pulled through and are now robust, healthy guys!! You have NEVER heard a purr this loud and you'll know when he's coming down the hall looking for you!

Whiskey loves to sit and watch you brush your teeth, blow dry your hair and waits for you to get out of the shower. He is great with other cats, but would have to be introduced to a cat-friendly dog slowly. At the junkyard, there were packs of dogs roaming around and killing the cats....but we feel that he would adapt well and is great with kids who aren't hyper. He has been to a few adoptions and always garners a ton of attention! We would love to find him a home ASAP so he can bond with you!

The TNR Project is a volunteer operated group who practice TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) in the San Gabriel Valley. Each person who traps is independent and they are using their own money, time and gas to save the homeless cats & kittens in our local communities.

The TNR Project is always adding volunteers who want to learn to TNR in their neighborhoods and help others control the feral, stray & homeless cat populations. TNR has been proven to be the ONLY effective method to controlling the ever-mounting cat populations. We have saved 1000+ lives in 2015 alone!

If you would like more information on TNR or learn how you can help your community, please visit: and fill out a contact us form. Save a stray, save a life! Thank you for rescuing!!

About The TNR Project

About Our Rescue Group...

The TNR Project believes in TNR which stands for Trap-Neuter-Return. We have volunteers who help neighborhoods learn how to trap safely, humanely & effectively to stem community cat growth & overpopulation. TNR has been proven to effectively control the numbers of unwanted kitties on the streets and keep cats out of the shelters.

Did You Know?
* Feral cats are almost 100% of the time euthanized immediately when entering a doesn't matter if they're kittens or cats.
* Only 2 out of 10 cats usually make it out of the shelters alive, which means 80% of cats entering shelters are also euthanized.
* TNR curbs these numbers before kittens are born creating a win/win for the cats, neighborhoods, rescuers and shelters.

Did You Know: Cats can be written off your taxes as natural pest control for your home or office? Don't use pesticides!

The TNR Project, as well as performing TNR weekly, pulls cats & kittens from the streets who can be saved & adopted. We believe these cats & kittens deserve a loving, forever home. Most of them have been discarded, abandoned and/or thrown away like a piece of trash!

We get into the trenches with these cats & kittens, rescue them, socialize them and give them a second chance at life. We perform true miracles from ground zero.
