Roman is a 2-year-old, brown and white pit mix who has lots of love to give and lots of energy to expend. While he was not doing well in the local shelter (he was becoming increasingly stressed and reactive), Roman is doing exceptionally well in his foster home – he’s doing well with his foster mom’s resident dog and is very quickly picking up on his training (basic commands). Roman still tugs at the leash, but we’re confident he’ll master loose leash behavior in no time. He loves to play, enjoys bestowing slobbery kisses upon all he meets, and would do best in an active home with a mellow dog to show him the ropes. Roman could easily be the best friend you’ve been searching for.
