Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We sure feel sorry for Bear and his previous owner. They were quite the team until the owner got ill and could no longer care for Bear; both were sad about this. Bear is a nine year old Lab that lived inside until his owner got sick, he then was put outdoors. Bear did not understand this and it made the family sad that he was outside due to his owner's illness. The family hopes someone will give this senior another safe, happy and warm home. Because Bear is nine years old he is available through our Adopt A Senior Program that offers special incentives to potential adopters. Bear is house trained but may need a refresher since he was outside recently. He knows how to sit and shake and is friendly with children. Bear can get along with other dogs but no cats please!
