Eddie Munster's Story...
Meet Eddie Munster

He is a 1.5 month old Rottweiler Mix pup. We found him in the middle of a busy street in South Union, Houston at only 2 weeks old. He was so tiny, he fit in the palm of your hand. The day we spotted him, we witnessed about 10 cars speeding by him on either side and not one stopped to help or get him out of harms way.

He has been with us for about a month now and he is so full of energy. He loves to run and play. He is good with dogs and cats. He is on monthly preventives and has had his 1st set of puppy vaccines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eddie Munster, a Houston Rottweiler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Houston, or seeking a Rottweiler puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
