Quincy's Story...
Meet Quincy, a 10 month old Border collie/Aussie/Shepherd mix pup looking for his forever family. Quincy is fun and playful, sweet and a little shy, and would make a wonderful family dog. He is house-trained, knows some commands, and is learning to walk on a leash. He's great with dogs and kids, but might be a little too curious about cats. Quincy is high energy and would make a good agility dog. Please give us a call for more information on Quincy. 684-1475
Suggested Adoption Donation: $150.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quincy, a Colville Border Collie/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd for sale in Colville, or seeking a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Colville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Border Collie/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colville paves the way for another one to be saved.
