Haggard's Story...
Name: Haggard
Sex: Male
Breed: Catahoula Leopard dog mix
Age: 3 years
Weight: TDB
Good with: People, kids and dogs. Not cat tested
Haggard is a male. He is two years and ten months old. He loves to fetch, run around the play yard, and swim. He would love an active family of his own to take him on walks, hikes, and other outdoor adventures. He gets along well with kids and is friendly to everyone. He plays well with other dogs. He needs some good training to help him walk on the leash without pulling, but he is smart and knows how to “sit” for treats. Haggard is full of love and ready to win your heart and complete your family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Haggard, a Boston Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Boston, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Boston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boston paves the way for another one to be saved.
