Remington has been adopted! -- Please look at our other Rat Terriers awaiting homes!

Meet Remington! A very fitting name for this little lean, mean muscular machine. He is 10.5 pounds of pure love and fun energy. Kisses come on command, snuggles you don't need to ask for and excited smiles rarely leave his little handsome face. He's about 1.5 years old and would be a great addition to a family with an active fun lifestyle. Remington is crate-trained and learned the doggie door at his fosterhome quickly. He has lived with a cat and children and now lives with several dogs, all of whom he's getting along with just fine. We just think this little guy is really going to add some spice to someone's life!

Our adoption fee for adult dogs is $150. Puppies under six months are $175.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Remington, a of Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in of, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in of.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in of already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a of breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in of paves the way for another one to be saved.
