My name may be Jake, but I am a girl! My Mom liked the name, and it stuck before she realized I was a girl. I think it makes me unique. My mom recently passed away, so I had to go live with a foster family. I'm really hoping to find a new forever home. I miss my mom a lot, but I still have lots of love to give. Do you have room in your home and your heart for a sweet girl like me?
