Toby is a loving and playful boy who is out of this world! He is about 2 1/2 years old and is outgoing and runs to you purring for attention. He loves to play in water and is quite the character when given the chance to get near the sink. Toby has grown up around dogs and runs to the front door when company comes over. He gets along with other cats, and is just waiting for his forever home.
