Thor's Story...
Can you say cute? Little Thor and his siblings were abandoned at our spay/neuter clinic back in early November. They were all just little hamster size fur balls. Thor is ready for a home to call his own. Thor loves to play, play and play! He has a foster cat brother that keeps him quite busy. Thor is very loving too! He loves to cuddle with people and his fur family. Thor is adorable and even though he often has a look like he is taking on all of the worlds issues on his own, he sure does not act like it. He is full of fun and play!! If you are interested in adopting Thor ($200 donation), please take a moment and fill out an application, http://www.povertyspets.org/#!adoption-form/rhx4r
and we will get back to you upon receipt.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Thor, a Phoenix Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
