URGENT, URGENT, URGENT !!!! This girl is losing her foster home due to circumstances beyond our control and will end up back in the kennel if a new foster or adopter is not found ASAP. Mia is a pretty ~4 year old German Shepherd. We believe poor Mia was repeatedly bred and was not well cared for by her former owner, but she has blossomed since coming to rescue and is ready for a new forever home. Mia is very smart and eager to please, likes to play with toys, crate & house trained and loves to be with people. She walks OK on leash but would benefit from some basic obedience training. She seems to be in good physical condition, is current on vaccinations and microchipped. She is protective of her home and people, but not aggressive - overall a very well balanced personality. We will only be considering experienced GSD adopters for this girl.
