Lance's Info...

Lance's Story...
Lance is quite the handsome boy with a great personality. He is about 1 year old and neutered. When Lance first came to the shelter he was very scared and shy, but now he's everybody's best friend. Lance was taken in as a puppy from a Wal-Mart parking lot, but once the new wore off, he was pretty much forgotten about. He did get some socialization as a puppy and we think some housetraining. He is a very nice boy, 1 year old, neutered and we think possibly a Vizsla mix, cool huh?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lance, a Reeds Spring Vizsla dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Vizsla for sale in Reeds Spring, or seeking a Vizsla dog from a breeder in Reeds Spring.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reeds Spring already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reeds Spring breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Vizsla breeders who help with Vizsla rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reeds Spring paves the way for another one to be saved.
