Dexter is awesome! He is a 9 year old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix who weighs about 10 pounds. He is a sweet and affectionate little guy who can be grumbly when he doesn't want to do something, but is wonderful with people who give him time to get to know them.
Dexter’s personality is really sweet and he loves to play with his soft toys. You can see typical terrier qualities as far as energy, playfulness, feistiness and loyalty. He bonds quickly to one person and wants to be your buddy.
During the day, he’s crated, and sleeps on his own bed at night. He loves going for car rides and makes a great travel companion, especially when he can look out the window! He also loves going for leash walks, and sitting out in the yard on a warm day. Being a terrier, he does bark when someone’s at the door or if he hears the sound of a doorbell. He is the sweetest little guy and would love to meet you!
Dexter will do best in a home without children or larger dogs.
