Jo Jo's Story...
Hi! I'm JoJo and I have Mojo! I am a VERY AFFECTIONATE and PLAYFUL little boy! I was going to be euthanized at the shelter because I was there too long and they needed my cage for a new kitty. My foster mom thought I was very cute and saved me just in time! I love being pet so much that I can't stay still! You can rub me all over and over and over again and again! I promise I won't complain! My Foster mom is beginning to call me Mr Wiggles because I get so excited when she pets me I wiggle all over the place! I am very sweet and not a mean bone in my body. I am happy to see my foster mom and can't wait for her to pick me up and cuddle me. I would love to find my furever home with my own special person or family who I can love and who will love me too! I hope that will be you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jo Jo, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
