Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duke was abandoned by his former owners and left in their back yard for 2 weeks without food, water or shelter. With the help from concerned neighbors the Police were called out and we were called in for Rescue Assistance.
Since Duke arrived in Rescue he is a very sweet boy, crate trained, will do well in a home without other dogs, no small animals. Older Mature Children preferred, child check would have to be approved. Would make a Great Companion, very trainable, wants to learn. He needs to be with someone that can spend lots of time with him and does have little anxious behavior resulting with his abandonment that is why we prefer someone that has the time for him that he deserves.
If you are interested in providing this sweet guy, a Home or need additional information regarding our adoption process please email me direct on luvgermansheps@yahoo.com or submit an online application via our website www.k-9services.net go to Adoption Application page.
An application needs to be completed prior to arranging a meet and greet.
All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed and or neutered. Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior to final adoption.
