Merry Ann's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Merry Ann's Story...
Merry Ann is about 9 years old and weighs 60 pounds. She would be best as an only dog since she doesn't want to share her people or toys with other dogs. She could co habitate with a a big dog. She is house trained and she doesn't require much exercise. This girl has less than perfect hips so she needs a soft place to crash. She is crate and house trained and needs a human companion of her own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Merry Ann, a St Helena Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in St Helena, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in St Helena.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St Helena already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St Helena breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St Helena paves the way for another one to be saved.
