Andie is a sweet and shy 2-year-old black and tan Chihuahua/Minpin mix who was dumped near the Monterey County Shelter after hours. A field worker found her puppies when they were just a few days old, and the shelter staff used the puppies as bait to capture Andie. Currently in foster care, Andie has been a wonderful mother and has a very sweet personality. Now that her puppies are grown, she's ready for a home of her own. She's a very shy girl and needs an experienced and patient adopter that can continue to help her gain confidence. She is house trained and knows how to walk on the leash.
