Nikki was picked up on the streets of San Antonio as a stray. It was obvious when she got into foster care that she hadn't had much interaction with people. She feels very comfortable with other dogs however.
She is slowly learning that people can be pretty nice, especially ones with treats!
Nikki weighs 10 lbs and is very portable. She is learning about how to ride in a doggy booster seat in the car.
Nikki needs a home that will be patient with her and help her become more confident. She enjoys the company of other dogs her own size. She seems fine with cats. The perfect home for her would be a single active retired person or couple.
