Lucky Lucy's Story...
Lucinda a.k.a. Lucy is the most loving dog I have ever met. She is excellent with people, including babies and small toddlers. She is compatible with any dog and loves to play with them. Lucy was rescued from a shelter. Lucy likes to be by her human, whether you are in bed, sitting. She entertains her self by throwing her balls up in the air and catching them. She has even brought me a clean diaper to change the baby. She is highly intelligent. Lucy is so eager to please I believe she would be a wonderful therapy dog if trained properly. She likes to work. Lucy will stay by yourside without leash. If another dog goes out to potty she will go, however if not you have to go with her or she will just stand at the door to get back in. She will jump the fence if no other dog is outside with her and she will come to the front door and whine to get in. She is excellent and fetch. She will play until you get tired. Excellent hiking dog. She is spayed and UTD on shots. If interested please email for an application. Her adoption fee is $250.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucky Lucy, a Berea Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Berea, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
