Rosie's Story...
Oh, this ROSIE is a stunner! A distinctly-marked tortie with soft fur, 4-month old ROSIE has immaculate litterbox habits. She is timid at first, but once she warms up to you, she is extremely gentle and lovable! She purrs copiously and loves to be held! She is young enough to adapt to almost any situation; however, we feel she'd do best in a quieter household with an owner looking for a devoted lap cat.

ROSIE is not at the Sanctuary; she is a Courtesy Listing. Please contact MARYANNE at 412-537-5556 for info about sweet ROSIE!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie, a Delmont Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Delmont, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Delmont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Delmont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Delmont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Delmont paves the way for another one to be saved.
