Carter has been adopted!

Carter is a shy boy of around 2-3 months. He has stayed over at a staff members home in foster care to open up a little bit, along with his kennel-mate Black Velvet. They are not siblings and do not need to be adopted together, but both need a patient adopter who is willing to spend some time socializing him.
