Who wants kisses???

Frankie loves to give kisses. This outgoing, happy pup was dumped in a field outside Perris, California along with his sister Grace.

We say YAY to whoever dumped them because now we have them and they are tons of fun.

Frankie is outgoing, goofy and ready to play. He learned the doggie door in his foster home in a day SO he is also very smart.

5 months old and 25 pounds of adorable.
