Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Smiling Sam
Breed: Beagle
Age: Adult
Gender: Male
Smiling Sam is an adult male Beagle who was found in a ditch with a badly mangled broken leg, likely hit by a car when he was a stray. The finder thought he was snarling at her, but nope, Smiling Sam peels his lips back and gives everyone he sees a big Beagle grin, even in crazy pain. This little boy is all heart, and such a quiet, gentle dog. Likely when he gets to MN he needs his broken back leg amputated, right now it is splinted but not set, and so we will evaluate and take care of his leg when he arrives. We know this means more vet bills when we just got done begging for donations, but looking at this face and knowing his euthanasia date was near because of an over crowded shelter, we couldn't say no.
Requirements: No special requirements
You can email kladams4545@gmail.com with questions and for a preadopt application. This dog has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated as age appropriate, tested for heartworm disease if age appropriate, and dewormed.
