Sir Charlie Chaplin is just such a very sweet, easy-going boy. One look into his beautiful light green eyes in addition to his cute black nose that is a little reminiscent of the engaging Charlie Chaplin, and you can’t ask for a better kitty companion.
He is a solid 14 lbs. of warm, happy, easy, lovable kitty. He is incredibly sweet and very gentle with children, and most of all he loves attention from his humans, adults and children alike. He has never ever hurt or scratched anyone.
So why is this delightful boy up for adoption, you ask yourself? Well, his current owners thought that they should get him a companion, so they adopted a Ragdoll boy several months ago. Unfortunately they didn’t realize that Sir Charlie was actually doing very well as an only kitty, or perhaps he just can’t stand Ragdolls.
Sir Charlie and the Ragdoll boy are not able to coexist in harmony and in order to restore harmony and balance in their home, the family decided that sweet Sir Charlie would do better in a new home where perhaps he can be the only feline king of the castle or where he is joined by a lovely female.
Sir Charlie had been indoors all his life, but because of recent events, he now has to spend time outside, although he prefers being inside. When inside the home, he loves to look outside and enjoys a game of bird watching. On his lazy days, he is often found sleeping on someone's bed. He also likes to play couch potato, preferably on a human lap that is covered with a nice soft blanket so he can practice his kneading and cuddling skills.
He has never been around dogs, so his current owners aren’t sure how he would react, but typically with gentle dogs, we have seen some great companionship between dogs and cats after proper introductions.
He has no special dietary needs, he has been to the vet this year and was declared in great health, and, oh, yes, he is litterbox perfect. What more can you ask?
