Looking to rehome a pretty and petite Tuxedo female cat named Pinkie. She is a very sweet cat.  You can play with her paws and she likes to have her ears and belly rubbed.  She doesn't nip or bite.  She has been spayed, is up to date on shots and has been dewormed.  Pinkie has a new cat carrier of her own.  She has a cushioned chair and toys on my patio.  I leave the door ajar so she can come on the patio where she stays most of the night and day.  She is a happy mostly outdoor cat and an excellent hunter.  She comes in the house to visit and is comfortable indoors for an hour or so.  Please contact Carlene at 561 394 0269 or scjstar@bellsouth.net.

This listing is provided as a courtesy to someone currently caring for a pet who can no longer do so and wishes to place the pet directly. The information has been provided by the lister and not verified by Animal Aid. Those services normally provided by Animal Aid do not apply to this pet.

About Animal Aid, Inc.

About Our Shelter...

We are an all-volunteer, non-profit, no-kill animal rescue shelter and adoption center. Our shelter takes in emergency, abuse and neglect cases as well as dogs and cats from various (high-kill) animal control agencies in Palm Beach, Dade and Broward Counties in South Florida. We offer cats and dogs for adoption at our adoption center in Oakland Park, FL. We have a spay/neuter clinic in-house and a mobile unit stationed in Boca Raton, FL as well as a sanctuary in Naples, FL. We are a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization which relies solely on donations.

One of our goals is to address the overpopulation problem of stray and feral cats by offering the public low cost spay/neuter program.

Come Meet Our Pets...

You can meet our adoptable pets at our Adoption Center in Oakland Park, FL (call for directions and hours 754-223-5378)

Many of our cats are shown 7 days a week in our cat room inside PetSmart on Sunrise Blvd. (just east of Flamingo) in Plantation, at the Petco at 8111 West Broward Blvd. in Plantation, at the Pet Supply Plus, at 800 Linton Blvd. in Delray, and at the Pet Supply Plus, at 1368 SW 160th Avenue, in Sunrise

Our Adoption Process...

Since our animals were homeless, we wish to ensure that their next home is permanent. To do this, we carefully screen applicants to establish that the needs of both the animal and the adoptive home will be met. A prospective adoptive owner must:

Complete an application for a dog or cat. Our board will review the application to determine if you and the chosen pet are a good match.

Pay an adoption donation. Being a non-profit rescue, we do not "sell" pets. All tax-deductible donations are placed in a fund to care for our animals.

Our adoption donation is:

Puppies/Dogs - $100-$300 includes heartworm, ehrlichia, lyme test, spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, 5 way series of puppy vaccines, fecal exam, deworming, Frontline (de-flea/tick), ear mite treatment, microchip (lifetime implant identification system), vet checkup, and initial grooming.

Kittens - $75.00 includes: Spay or neuter (when old enough), leukemia test, fecal exam, rabies vaccine (when old enough), entire series of kitten vaccines, flea control, both deworming treatments and one vet visit.
