Boca's Story...
Hi! I'm Boca. I was born in the sunny month of August 2015, have been neutered and am up to date on all my shots. I am a little shy at first, but after a little bit of time and patience, I WILL let you love me!

Making biscuits is my thing, you better like them because I make a lot! I love to play, and I love to sleep (who doesn't?). I have great litter box habits, my foster mom is constantly telling me that I am a "good boy". I have soft, thick fur that resembles a bunny rabbit, you're going to want to cuddle me all the time!

I strongly prefer to be in a multi-cat household, please let me come home with you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boca, a Gaithersburg Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Gaithersburg, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Gaithersburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gaithersburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gaithersburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gaithersburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
