My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Star. 8-12 month old female Blue/Cream Lynxpoint Ragdoll

Star came to us, along with Cloud and Elvis, from a very remote shelter where people rarely go to help cats. It took a huge effort to get the three cats to us, and we almost didn't get to them in time. Many in their "family" had already been euthanized in a shelter that has under 5% adoption rates.

When Star first got here, she was so shy she would hiss at us and flinch away from any touch. She started hanging out in the house and has slowly gotten use to being with people. She also got used to some of the cats in the house, in particular Parisi, the handsome hunky Ragdoll boy.
On Christmas Day, Star decided she liked her foster mom. Just like that. She jumped up on the bed where foster mom was working on her laptop and starting asking for loving. She even wanted to help with the computer work.

Why the change of heart, we don't know, but we are glad she has finally decided to become a full fledged family member. Star is currently living in a home with a very large old dog and doesn't seem horribly terrified of him. Given her shy nature, we are going to start out looking for a home that is fairly quiet and she won't be asked to make too many hard adjustments. On the off chance that some lucky adopter doesn't snap her up right away, we'll give updates as her personality develops. Better yet, you should adopt her yourself, and let us know how her personality develops!

Now for the fun stuff where we get to tell you how beautiful this kitty is. And she is just lovely! She has the standard sky blue eyes, silky fur, and beautiful facial structure. Her coat is creamy white with the pretty blue and cream blended areas on her head, feet and tail. There's really not much more to say: She is the epitome of the beautiful ragdoll breed.
