Facts about Angel

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Tortoiseshell
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Angel is a special little 3 year old tortie whose personality couldn't be sweeter. Her unique look makes her stand out in the crowd. Sadly her last owner moved and left her behind in an empty apartment but the next door neighbor rescued her and gave us a call so that she wouldn't end up on the streets or in a shelter. Angel loves being petted and rolls over on her back so her tummy can be rubbed! Does she think she's a dog because she plays fetch as well! She also loves to chase toys and is a fun loving kitty. She's never seen a lap she didn't like. She needs a great forever home to keep her safe and happy for the rest of her life. She is healthy and FIV and FELV negative, spayed and up to date on all vaccinations.

About Small World Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Small World Animal Rescue is dedicated to helping New York City animals and pet owners in need.

Our Adoption Process...

Small World Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that recognizes the bond between people and their companion animals. We ask that you make an adoption contribution to support our work if your application is approved. To give you a sense of some of our expenses, it usually costs more than $300 to prepare and board an animal for adoption. This includes everything from initial examinations, to the necessary vaccinations, FIV/FELV testing, microchipping, food, laundry, boarding, and general staff time. In addition, these costs include all spaying or neutering of adult animals. The average nonrefundable donation is $175 and the minimum is $150.
All adult animals have already been spayed or neutered prior to being available for adoption. If they are too young they are brought back in to be spayed or neutered.
