Angela is a wonderful kitty. True to her breed description, she is everything a Burmese kitty lover would hope to find. She loves and seeks lots of attention, she is very active, and, of course, she will have lots of meaningful conversations about the pleasantries of life. She is also very adaptable, loves meeting new people, and doesn’t mind traveling and seeing new places.
She is fearless and very outgoing and she loves to play and chase a string around. She loves to be on a warm lap and will follow her human around. She is extremely tolerant, and loves to be rubbed everywhere from her belly to her toes. She does not “nip” or “bite." Her current owner can hold her for extended periods of time and she will even tolerate being passed to strangers if they know to rest her on her back paws.
She had a full bloodwork done one year ago, and she is perfectly healthy; she eats I/D Digestive Care and tends to have some bouts with digestive issues so her new parent needs to be understanding and supportive of it. She weighs approx. 6.5 lbs.
She is declawed in the front. She is an indoor only cat, and does not get along with other kitties. She would like all of the attention all to herself, and who can blame her? She probably won’t do well with dogs, as is the case with most declawed kitties since they don’t have their natural defenses. Children may be okay if they are calm and very cat savvy, but if they want to touch her constantly and carry her around, that might be too much for her.
Her current owner is starting a new career with long hours and doesn’t feel that she can give this lovely kitty the time and attention she needs, so we told her we would find her a wonderful home where she can be the little Queen of the Home and dote on her new human and vice versa.
