Carter's Story...
Just to quickly introduce Carter, he is finding himself in need of a new home due to his elderly parents having health issues and can no longer care for him. He is a 6 year old Lhasa Apso, and weighs 21 pounds. A white ball of fluff is a perfect description. He is very typical of his breed, in that he is slow to warm up at first, but once he does he is your soulmate, Guardian, and loyal companion for life. Lhasa's are not a dog for everyone as they are a protective breed. Please research any breed of dog before considering a match for your family. Carter is a staunchly Loyal dog. He needs a family who will be as Loyal to him!
Carter's adoption fee is $225.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carter, a Holland Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Holland, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Holland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Holland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Holland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Holland paves the way for another one to be saved.
