Georgie's Story...
Hi! This is Georgie. He's a one year old (maybe younger) male Bull Mastiff pure bred or Bull Mastiff with a tiny bit of Labrador Retriever. His is an amazing story. A friend of mine saw him on an early Tuesday morning as he was going to work. Georgie was lying in some bushes on a busy street corner and he looked very scared. By the time my friend told me about him, he was gone. Then I saw him the next Sunday afternoon lying in a dirt patch on another busy street corner and he still looked scared ---so I befriended him with some chopped ham and I was able to put a leash around him. He was in bad shape-very skinny and a nasty wound on the top of his head. He never tried to nip me but he was not about to get into my truck willingly. The amazing part was that I didn't realize it was the Tuesday dog until my friend saw him and blurted out "that's the dog I told you about". This sweet guy has been thru too much. Can you befriend him and give him a safe and loving home? Please contact: jessbrad12@socal.rr.com or call 323-385-8993.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Georgie, a West Los Angeles Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever for sale in West Los Angeles, or seeking a Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in West Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Bullmastiff/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
