Richie-Adoption pending's Story...
Hi my name is Richie and I'm a 3 month old Bichon/Maltese mix. I like playing with toys and chewing on bones. I'm currently learning to potty outside and foster mom says I’m doing pretty good at it so far. I’m not a fan of the crate but I’m learning, I do however get a little restless if you leave me in it to long, so gating me off would be the best option. I’m working on my leash training and I think I’m going to enjoy going for walks. I just love everyone I meet big and small. Playing with other dogs is also fun so a family with another doggie and a fenced in yard would be great for me. Richie is up to date on all shots, on heart worm preventative, microchiped, de-wormed, and neutered. Richie’s adoption fee is $350.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. For events calendar and adoption application please go to our website at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Richie-Adoption pending, a Bridgeton Bichon Frise/Maltese puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise/Maltese for sale in Bridgeton, or seeking a Bichon Frise/Maltese puppy from a breeder in Bridgeton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bridgeton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bridgeton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise/Maltese breeders who help with Bichon Frise/Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bridgeton paves the way for another one to be saved.
