Moses's Story...
MOSES is a strange name for a young, puffball of a cat -- perhaps it's because he's lived a lot in his one year, being a stray from a rough neighborhood and having a few BB pellets in his ear, giving it a slightly crumpled appearance? Or maybe because like Moses in the Bible, he made his way thru the Wilderness to approach TNR folks where his stunning looks and sweet disposition made them realize they couldn't leave him behind in a dangerous place?

Either way, MOSES is all vetted and staying at the Sanctuary until the lucky person comes to whisk him away to his Promised Land. Could it be YOU? This young kitty is medium-sized even with thick fur that makes him look like a dandelion gone to seed - adorable inside and out! Contact us at kopykatsanctuary@yahoo.com or from our website kopykatsanctuary.org to fill out an online adoption form and arrange to meet this outstanding kitty today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moses, a Delmont Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Delmont, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Delmont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Delmont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Delmont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Delmont paves the way for another one to be saved.
