Meet Sophie! I am a spayed 9 months old and weigh 11 pounds. My breed mix is guessed to be, Wire Hair Terrier- mix. Sophie likes all people, and other dogs. She is so cute, and has the sweetest face. Her hair is golden tan, and course yet soft. Sophie is a sweet little girl that will put a smile on your face. She is crate trained, 90% potty trained and learning to walk on a leash. Sophie is wearing a harness and catching on quickly. IShe loves attlention and likes to be held. She is still a puppy o she can be wiggly when held. She Iove's to snuggle up close next to you when it's quiet time. My story: My sister and I were left to fend for ourselves in a back yard with no food or water or shelter in CA. My sister went to her forever home and I am patienty waiting for mine. A basic obedience class will help boost my confidence and create a bonding opportunity for me and my new family. I am easy going, and enjoy playing with people, and other dogs. I am learning basic commands and would excel with additional positive training. I like to run around and play in the yard and play with dogs my size. A family with respectful children over 7 are ok. If away from the home more than 4 hrs. A dog walker or doggy day care is required. Fully fenced yard required if a home owner.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

"Sophie", a Seattle Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
