Volunteer Hours are Monday- Friday 11am-1pm and Saturday 9am-11am (unless stated otherwise due to a holiday, etc.) Volunteers can come out to walk, bathe, and play with the animals along with cleaning kennels.
The Moberly Animal Shelter address is 1555 E. Rollins Street.

The Moberly Animal Shelter is both the Shelter and the Animal Control. The staff members help both Humans and Animals in the field, from catching dogs to catching and releasing wild life, and also run, clean, and adopt animals at the shelter.

We serve the City of Moberly. We offer services of adopting animals to the public, taking in relinquished dogs, catching and releasing wildlife, and saving stray dogs. When a dog is picked up as a stray it is put on a Stray Hold. This hold is to ensure that the dogs do not have rabies, parvo, or any other illness and it also gives the owners some time to find their dogs.

All dogs that come through the shelter both stray or relinquished are temperament tested then put up for adoption address their character and needs.

If you live in the city limits of Moberly, you will also be required to have up to date Rabies vaccinations.
