Cindy Lou Who is a happy puppy ready to find her forever home. Please remember adopting a puppy is a life long commitment. She will need dedicated loving owners to teach and train her. The cost of her adoption does not include the cost of her spay surgery. Once adopted, she will be transported to a local veterinarian where she will be released to her adopters once payment to the clinic is complete. Her adoption fee is $125.00
