My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dixie is a sweet 2 yr old terrier mix, who weighs about 20 lbs. She is spayed, current on all vaccines and monthly preventatives. Dixie loves children, but needs a home without other dogs or cats. She has come to us from a hoarding situation and is working with our trainer, to overcome some bad habits that were learned. Dixie enjoys being part of a family and being involved in all of their activities! She is housebroken and crate trained as well.

APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED. ADOPTION FEE $250
BLUEGRASS SENIOR DOG RESCUE ONLY FOSTERS/ADOPTS DOGS THAT ARE FULLY VACCINATED INCLUDING RABIES AND BORDATELLA AND ARE SPAYED/NEUTERED. BEGINNING 2015 ALL ANIMALS ARE MICROCHIPPED AND THE RESCUE PAYS THE REGISTRATION FEE. APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED.
Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a temporary or long term basis. The rescue pays for all of the dog’s veterinary care and monthly preventatives for the dog while in foster care.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.
