My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sterling is an Old English Sheepdog. She is approx 3 yrs old and 54 lbs. She could still put on a little weight. She was found wandering around a subdivision and we were told that she had been there for about 4 months and no one was able to catch her. She is a really sweet dog. We had to shave her down as she was so matted but her coat is really growing back nicely in her foster home. She gets along with the other dogs and cats and is somewhat timid and shy so could do with a home with no small children and someone who is experienced with the breed. They need consistent grooming and she could do with some training to give her more confidence. She is pretty well house trained and does like to run and play, she is not suitable for an apt and will need a fenced yard. Her fee is $725.

If you live in MA, there are new requirements for rescue dogs - according to the State Law, all rescues have to be quarantined for 48 hrs at the Ben Elder Kennels in Westport, MA. There is additional cost for this quarantine and new required health cert by a licensed MA vet. We will go over all fees with you via email.
