Chico is a loving, gentle 12-year old brindle pit mix looking for a loving and quiet home to call his own. Chico's life took a turn after his young boy passed away. He was forced to live tied up to a van 24 hours a day without any protection from the elements.

After his deceased boy's family was reported to animal control, he was put in a makeshift kennel where he would spend the last 5 years of his life. Despite the severe neglect, Chico survived and his soul was not broken. He is a very sweet, goofy boy and very low maintenance.

All he needs is a warm bed, short walks and a family to call his own. He is good with babies, kids and all people. He is house and crate trained, dog selective, neutered and up-to-date on shots.
