My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rusty. He is a sweet and playful little boy. Though he is very reserved most of the time, this 3-month-old, orange tabby certainly has his silly kitten moments. His favorite thing is chasing feather toys and playing with a “Cat Dancer” He really enjoys spending time with his sister Audrey and would likely do well in a home with another cat-friendly feline. He would do best with a family that has time to devote to both play and snuggles. If your family is both active and affectionate, Rusty might be your boy. Contact The Pet Rescue Center today to meet him!

ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to reduce unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in at-risk situations and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
