Meet Journey. Her name says it all: She’s been through a lot! Journey’s favorite things are to be pet, brushed, and loved. The more you pet, the more she purrs and kneads with approval. However, she needs a lot of patience to establish a trusting bond. Having survived sickness and starvation, she requires some time to get used to her new home. She is not a “people” cat; she forms a strong bond with her caretaker but remains shy around other humans. She is not a timid cat though. Around other cats, she is a spunky spitfire despite her small size. A favorite game is to hide behind the door and bounce on the next cat to walk by.
Journey will be the best friend to her forever home family; just give her plenty of time to acclimate.
