My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little sweetie pie is One Eyed Willie! He looks to be purebred Shih Tzu but since we don't know his history we can't be sure. He's obviously not papered. He's roughly 2 years old and weighs in at 10 pounds. He was brought in to the shelter as a stray with an eye problem and was going to be put down because of it when our rescue pulled him. We don't know how he obtained the trauma to his eye which needed to come out but we took care of that and he's as good as new! He's been recently groomed and waiting for a lap of his very own. He's good with other dogs but a home all to himself would be fine too. We need a home with no young children for Willie, preferably a home with kids over 10. He can get spooked from his blind side and we don't want the younger children poking his face and potentially hurting him. He doesn't particularly care for the puppies he is in foster with now and is vocal about not wanting to be with them =) He is neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped as well as tested HW negative. His adoption fee is $325 which helps cover his medical fees and transport from his rescue in TX to his foster home in WA.
