Ozzie and Leon's Story...
Meet Ozzy and Leon! These two best friends are looking for a home together. Ozzy, the black one, is a little goofball full of energy and personality who loves to play and make biscuits. Once he’s done playing, he will snuggle up next to you and purr like there is no tomorrow. He is always looking out for Leon and keeping him clean. Ozzy is extremely friendly and loves everyone. Leon, the gray one, is the sweetest little boy. It takes him a little while to warm up to you, but once he does he will be your forever friend. He loves to run around and play with Ozzy. And he loves to snuggle! He will curl up on your chest or your back, depending on which side you are lying on, and he loves to give kisses. He is the softest little thing. These two guys would love to be a part of your family.

They are about 4 months old and weigh about four pounds. They are litter box trained, neutered, microchipped, felv/fiv negative and up to date on all their vaccinations.

Ozzy and Leon are currently fostered in Huntsville, Alabama but they are not picky about where they ends up as long as they are loved.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ozzie and Leon, a Chattanooga Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
